Prior to focusing exclusively on family and matrimonial law, Ms. Sanders was a trial attorney for over eighteen years, handling varied and complex caseloads sounding in personal injury, medical malpractice, and lead poisoning matters in New York City.
Ms. Sanders received her Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law after transferring from Albany Law School, and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Skidmore College. Ms. Sanders is admitted to the New York State Bar, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Ms. Sanders is fluent in Spanish and enjoys travelling.
